Chornobiological Facts

 Here are some Chronological Facts:

  Morning:      Alertness gets increasingly sharp. Short term memory is at its best.

                      Sensitivity to allergy is low.

   Noon:          Body temperature is at the peak. Alertness increases. Mood is at its best.

                      Sight is sharpest.

   Afternoon:  Manual efficiency is high. Flexibility is also high. Long term memory is at its

                      Best.

   Late:           Best time for easy repetitive tasks. Taste and smell are sharpest. Worst time             

  Afternoon    or allergic attacks.

 Evening:          Worst time to eat heavy meal if one wants to lose weight. Metabolism is at its

                      Lowest.

 Midnight to:    Alertness is worst between 3.00 to 6.00 a. m. Time for diseases to strike and

Morning          kill. Most common time for birth.
